Reminder: Annual Compliance and Maintenance of Company Registrations

Every company must file an Annual Return with the Registry of Companies during its anniversary month each year, confirming it is carrying on business and that its recorded details remain accurate. A company that fails to file may be removed from the Register after six months, and may be restored on payment of the prescribed restoration and outstanding return fees.
